Designed by Alicia Loo, known for the Singapore Sands Hotel, this 675-foot tall, S-shaped building is currently home to about 20,000 people, making it one of the world’s most densely populated residences.
The complex includes a wide range of amenities, such as restaurants, pools, grocery stores, and even nail salons, mirroring a complete town within its walls. This setup offers unparalleled convenience and has attracted many young professionals and students, with rents ranging from approximately $200 to $600 per month.
